Special Education Law and Advocacy Conference Print this Page
Program Description
Wrightslaw special education law and advocacy programs focus on four areas:
Wrightslaw programs are designed to meet the needs of parents, educators, health care providers, advocates and attorneys who represent children with disabilities regarding special education. The program is not disability specific. The agenda will follow the one provided for our one-day, six-hour training programs, but it will be in three segments of 2.5 hours on Wednesday and Thursday, the 16th and 17th and 1 hour on Monday, the 21st, starting at 9:30 am. URL is at: https://www.wrightslaw.com/speak/agenda/agenda.6hr.pdf
Conference fee includes a Wrightslaw highlighter pen, three Wrightslaw books - Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd Ed., Wrightslaw: From Emotions to Advocacy, 2nd Ed., and Wrightslaw: All About IEPs. During the program, Pete Wright will provide a link to a password protected subdirectory so that attendees can download the adobe.pdf files of the books. Note: If you register after November 1, 2022, PDFs of the books will be available for this training. The hard copies may or may not be received in time. Wrightslaw programs often fill up early - don't miss out!
