FREE to Oklahoma parents and educational caregivers of students with disabilities. You may register as early as 7:30 a.m., but the conference will not begin until 9:00 a.m. Registration is FREE for Oklahoma parents and others who attend IEP's on behalf of children with disabilities and includes a copy of Wrightslaw: Special Education Law ($29.95 value) and From Emotions to Advocacy ($29.95 value). Others will pay $50.00 for registration and books.

Breakfast may be purchased in the food court at the University Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Nigh University Center has variety of eating places and a buffet restaurant. Several restaurants, including IHOP, McDonald's, Denny's, Fazoli's, Bennigan's, Western Sizzlin and CiCi's Pizza are located on Second Street, within one mile of the University. Lunch will not be provided at the conference. A list of nearby eating places will be provided at conference.

Parking is available in the visitors' parking lot to the east of the University Center. There will be no charge for conference attendees. Pull a ticket from the machine when you enter the parking lot - you will not be required to pay when you exit.

Directions to the University of Central Oklahoma: The University is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, on the northern edge of Oklahoma City. To get to the university, take Second Street in Edmond to Garland-Godfrey and turn in to Nigh University Center. Follow the signs to visitor parking. Once in the visitor's parking lot, you should enter the main entrance to Nigh University Center. The conference will be held in the Ballroom of the Center, on the third floor. Simply go to www.mapquest.com and fill in your personal information and University of Central Oklahoma, 100 N University Drive, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034.

Will Rogers International Airport is located in Oklahoma City.

The 30th Annual Boys Ranch Town Living Christmas Pageant will be (Friday-Sunday), December 5-7, 2003, each evening from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. The pageant depicts the life of Jesus in eleven scenes using live animals and residents of Boys Ranch Town. The drive-through pageant is viewed from the comfort of your own vehicle with narration provided by cassette or CD. Players are available if needed. No admission charge, donations are accepted. We built the Oklahoma Yellow Pages for Kids with Disabilities so people can get reliable information and support. The Oklahoma Yellow Pages has many helpful resources - evaluators, educational consultants, academic tutors, support groups, grassroots organizations, advocates, attorneys and others who help parents get services for their children.
