CHARLESTON - West Virginia Advocates will sponsor the Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy Boot Camp April 20-21 at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke. Topics include changes in IDEA 2004, requirements in No Child Left Behind, smart IEPs and more. Guest speakers include Pete Wright, an attorney who represents children with special educational needs; and Pam Wright, a psychotherapist who has worked with children and families since the 1970s.
