Christine asks –
“Are there any Wrightslaw Conferences scheduled in upcoming months for any Southern States?”
Emails and questions just like yours “When are you coming to my city?” trigger the beginning of a conference. Wrightslaw does not determine when and where a conference will be held.
When someone (as an individual or member of a group) really wants to get the ball rolling and realizes it is up to them – they jump on it, then the first steps toward making it happen begin……
Usually, other groups want to jump aboard and help. Often local agencies/organizations/businesses will provide the venue, sponsor the cost for food or other expenses, or provide scholarships for registration. There are endless possibilities. With a little effort you can sell out your conference with money left over to fund future conferences and other events.
So, if you want one in your hometown, find out how. Start with https://www.wrightslaw.com/speak/conf.form.htm

Looking forward to seeing you. Start the new year off Wright!
Thanks Wrightslaw!! I am so excited about the Wrightslaw Conference being held in Lake Charles, LA in March 2010 – within driving distance of MY city and have already reserved our seats!!
I would love for Wrightslaw to come to a city close to West Bloomfield, MI. There are alot of parents who need your help.
Thank you for all the help you have given me to advocate for my child. Keep up the good work!
