Similar question: Does a high school need to provide transportation for a student with an IEP to and from a community college if the purpose of attending that community college is to build skills related to transition goals?
In general, in New York at least, transportation for gifted students to college classes is not provided. However, my county has a new program that provides bus passes to students in such situations, and tries to find ride-sharing opportunities to students. I have not understood the special ed side of your situation. Could you explain in more detail, please?
