  1. Part 2: We want to be able to help you learn to search, so you will be able to find the answers to your specific questions. Wrightslaw is headquarterd in VA. Every state will have different rules / regulations (though most mirror the federal regulations.)

I do know this question has been asked before so please search the master lists of questions in the Database.

Look under topics such as: Tests / State Tests, Accommodations on Tests, High Stakes testing, OSEP Statewide Assessments, etc.

Go to the main website on http://www.wrightslaw.com and enter these terms in the search box.  You should find answers to your questions, but for state specific info, you need to check your state regulations and / or contact your state parent training and information center.

Your state regulations should be here – but make sure they are correct. http://www.yellowpagesforkids.com/help/tn.htm
