Speech: REDO NECESSARY FOR S / L ASSESSMENT?

Monica:  I am a speech -language Pathologist in an upstate NY public school. I began an SL assessment on a student to determine initial eligibility for CSE referral in mid June 2016. Due to all the end of year activities the student was involved in, I was unable to complete everything (CELF5, TAPS-3, Differential Test of Processing). I planned to complete the remainder now (in Sept) but the psychologist says the results are not valid due to the time lapse and can’t be used. I disagree as there weren’t any significant changes for the student over the summer. Is the psychologist correct?
