  1. My son has a IEP since 1st grade. He is now Junior in high school. He started this year at a new school and his last IEP meeting he only requested 501 for more time on testing every other goal has been met. His English teacher told him today he was disruptive in class and since he was ESE to go to the ESE class in front of the whole class. He stated he wasn’t ESE and she stated yes your are go to the ESE room. He went to the other class and was confronted by another teacher and my son stated again he wasn’t ESE and that teacher stated he was. My son left and went to the Ap office the AP called the English teacher in and asked what happened. The AP told the English teacher you can’t call him out like that. My son is very upset about this. I left the Ap message to please calm me to discuss
