My daughter has missed the whole 8th grade and she needs to do 8th grade over now. Special ed says they are still letting her go to the 9th grade. What can I do?
The key is that your child get the instruction & support needed to be successful in whatever grade they are in. State this in writing & ask for an IEP meeting to discuss how this will be done in whatever grade she is in.
