My child is 14 and has an IEP in California. I have asked numerous times for the psychologist to be off the iep team But I was told they have no replacement and that this person does all the paperwork and has to be on the team.
I went above his head to ask And they also said the same thing. So I need to ask who do I ask at this point? please help I really need to have a 30 day assessment done for child at new school But I can’t with this person on the team. Thank you
