You might want to consider the Homework, Organization, and Planning Skills program (HOPS):

Many kids with dyslexia and other LDs struggle with organization, time, study skills problems. Suggest you consult with a person who has expertise in educating children with LD/ADHD. Look for an individual who is active with the International Dyslexia Association (IDA), perhaps associated with an Orton-Gillingham program. The IDA has an online provider directory – https://dyslexiaida.org/ida-accredited-provider-directory/
If they can’t help, they may know who you can contact.
I am looking for some kind of program that someone could follow and teach him at school.
