I hope the IEP states a certain amount of time per week , with who and in what classroom. IF the IEP states what you have listed and nothing else you need to get an IEP together and ask where, what and how long. The goal should be more specific and not this open ended.
Your IEP should specify what that means. If it does not, send a letter requesting an IEP meeting and take someone with you (advocate, family member). The IEP needs to be specific.
