  1. I am being written up at work. They say my IEPs need help. That’s okay. I am learning how they want them developed from the triennial. I was told to use my special education coordinator’s password to Goalbook from her previous employer. They told me to offer the student 200 push-in service minutes and let the aide do it. Teachers want behavior and academic goals, but they have not told parents there is a problem until the IEP.

I have an IEP script that I am being asked to follow and the other case managers do not have to follow it word for word. In closing, the teachers are giving students A’s and Bs on their report cards and then asking for goals and additional pull-out services saying students are below grade level. I am asking for proof that they contacted the parents. A teacher said I sent out Dibels at the beginning of the year; what else do you want?
