Evaluations: SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH MY DAUGHTER
Write a letter requesting that the school fully evaluate your daughter for a disability. Hand deliver it to the principal. It can be as simple as this:

Dear Principal __________,
I am requesting a full evaluation for my daughter _______________. As we’ve discussed before, she is struggling in school to a degree that indicates a problem. Please consider the date above as day one of the legal timeline.
Please call me, write me, or email me 10 days before the evaluation and let me know a good time to come by and discuss what evaluations will be done, how they will be done, and by whom.
