Marie: Our charter school organization is not required to provide transportation. There is a high needs special education student whose parents would like transportation. Do we have to provide transportation?

In some states yes a charter school is required to provide transportation to the student if it is written in iep. The charter school does not want you to know that
I have the same situation. Since we are out of our school district, services are quoted “because you’re out of your school district” (ie transportation). Also, the Charter School does not want to provide us with an aid. Even though it has been confirmed that he would benefit from an aid. I would love any feedback at all the question above and Charter Schools/Out of School District requirements.
