Tiffani: I was told my son’s counselor can not come during “certain” times to observe him at school. Is this true?

Tiffani, you don’t say why the counselor wants to observe – the purpose of the observation. It’s not unreasonable for schools to place limits on observations – who can observe, why, for how long, how often, etc.
Courts have held that schools are entitled to latitude because their job is to provide an orderly environment where learning can occur.
