Maria: Can the parent cancel a 504 meeting if the administrator is someone the parent doesn’t want in the meeting and ask to have it rescheduled when there is a different administrator available for the meeting?

The 504 process is school driven. The parent can certainly ask that the meeting be rescheduled and/or that someone not be present for it, but the school has no obligation to grant their request. In fact, the school has no obligation to even invite the parent to the meeting.
