Pat: Does a school district need to know the home address for a child’s former surrogate ERH now that the child is 18? School district keeping developmentally disabled 18 yr old from school because of this. I cannot find the answer in any of the books I purchased.

I don’t know, but I doubt it! You can ask your parent center and your state special education compliance office (called “Quality Assurance” in New York). Have you already reached out to the director of special education in your district?
