Registration Now Open! Special Education Advocacy Summit (SEAS) – hosted by the Center for Legal and Social Justice of St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, TX. The Summit features Patty Roberts, Pat Howey, Jaime L. Vázquez-Bernie, Catherine Michael, Jim Comstock- Galagan and Pete and Pam Wright.

The St. Mary’s University School of Law is presenting the Special Education Advocacy Summit (SEAS), a two and one-half day training program hosted by the Center for Legal and Social Justice and co-sponsored by Wrightslaw and Connell Michael, LLP.

The Summit will commence with a reception on Wednesday evening, June 5, 2024 and concludes on Saturday afternoon, June 8, 2024.

The program will feature approximately fourteen sessions covering applicable laws, ethics, best practices in advocacy, strategies for working with parents and schools and dispute-resolution procedures. These sessions will be taught by national leaders in the field.

The purpose of the SEAS program is to provide training in special education advocacy for experienced advocates, law students, new attorneys and attorneys new to special education law.

  1. Do you have to apply snd pay registration to see over zoom or will the conference be recorded.
    I’m a paralegal but can’t afford the conference.
