This is NOT a Wrightslaw "Alert." Today we want to thank you for your encouragement and support during the past year. How many times have files been downloaded from Wrightslaw since the site opened in March 1998? Take a guess -- 10,000? 100,000? 1 million? Nope. Between March 1998 and December 1999, Wrightslaw had nearly 3 million "hits"! (2,903,261 accesses as of 12/22/99) Nearly 10,000 people subscribe to The Special Ed Advocate -- an increase of 300% in 1999. Netscape ranks Wrightslaw as one of the top 50,000 sites in the world. As we reflect on these staggering figures, we want to thank you for making 1999 a more successful year than we imagined possible. Where do They Come From? Have you ever wondered who else is wandering through the stacks at Wrightslaw? You come from every state in the union. You come from many countries -- from Antigua, Argentina, Austria, Australia, and Zimbabwe. This week, we've had visitors from Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Croatia (Hrvatska), Hungary, Israel, Italy, India, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
